Colin Mayes Ginger Beef and Noodle Salad
AAA Angus beef strips marinated in ginger, garlic and soy sauce; julienne carrots, red and green peppers, and egg noodles tossed in a sesame and rice wine vinaigrette. Only a “noodle” would suggest that the public would get accurate and true information if a few reporters were hauled away to jail. This dish is a favourite meal at a scrum. $10.99

Michael Ignatieff’s Marinated Artichoke Heart Salad
Artichoke hearts marinated in champagne vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and selected herbs and spices, served on mixed greens with red onions and kalmata olives. This salad finds its origin at Harvard and is making itself famous in Ottawa after having received rave reviews from an international crowd. $9.99

Gordon O’Connor’s Grilled Beef Dip Pannini
AAA Angus roast beef, sautéed onions and mushrooms, swiss cheese grilled in a fresh Pannini and served with a red wine and soy au jus. Like O’Connor, this pannini is brassy, well grilled and stoic. May the Force be with you. $11.99

Stockwell Day’s South West Chicken Pannini

Loyola Hearn’s Smoked Salmon Sandwich
