Located
directly opposite the Peace
Tower on Wellington St. with another entrance at
101 Sparks St., the
Parliament Pub is an
inviting spot for lunch and dinner where good food,
fine beverages, and good conversation are sure to be
had. The Pub serves great sandwiches, wraps,
creative salads; home made soup, pizza, quiche and
pasta specials - made fresh daily “in house.”

Our amusingly scripted menu items are named after Canadian Cabinet
Ministers, Party Leaders, and other Members of Parliament.
For example there is our
Jack Layton
and
Olivia Chow
Roasted Eggplant and Brie Pannini,” or “Stephen
Harper’s Pepperoni Pizza.”
The Pub also has a fine selection of beers on tap.

The Hill and the Sparks Street crowd like it and as
a result
the Pub
has built a great reputation for its food, beverages and
friendly service.
The Parliament Pub has
a unique Ottawa atmosphere. In addition to its warm décor,
the Parliament Pub displays a large selection
of MP caricatures drawn by our resident artist, M. Eugene Bellemare.

Review
- Ottawa Citizen
If you want to run into
some politicians or their staff, journalists or senior bureaucrats,
drop by the Parliament Pub, located directly across the street from
Parliament Hill. You can enter via Wellington Street or through 101
Sparks Street. The day we attended, former Prime Minister Joe Clark
was having lunch with four of his caucus members. The day before
that, Preston Manning was having his "last lunch," so to speak, as a
Member of Parliament.
The Parliament Pub is obviously popular with Hill types and civil
servants alike who seem to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, cozy
wingback chairs and pub fare with a flare. The owners obviously have
a sense of humor about the place, with every menu item being named
after a Minister, Member of Parliament or political party... - Ottawa
